We would like to inform you that the website for the Slovenian National Contact Point to the OECD has been redesigned. The key task of the Slovenian National Contact Point to the OECD is to inform and raise awareness of businesses and the general public about the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Companies and the Procedures for their Enforcement.
The website also provides the Rules for the handling of specific instances in connection with the implementation of the Guidelines in an impartial, predictable, fair way also compatible with the standards of the Guidelines.
The Sloveniaan national contact point provides a forum for discussion and helps the business community, workers' organisations, non-governmental organisations and other relevant interested parties to resolve the issues raised effectively, in a timely manner and in accordance with applicable legislation.
The membership structure was also renewed, now comprising members from the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning, and stakeholders from professional institutions and organisations.
